まだ幼い頃、パリコレクションのランウェイで揺れ動くドレープに魅了され、デザイナーになると決めました。それから多くの技術をモード学園で学び、更にドレス創りで大切な立体裁断（ドレーピング）を極めるため伊東衣服研究所で尊敬する伊東達也氏に師事。
1995年ウエディングショップで制作経験を積み、1997年アパレルメーカーのデザイナーへ、その際は多くのヒットドレスを世に送り出し、NEW YORKでのデザイン活動後。
2000年『COLOURED WHITE』オーダーメイドウエディングドレスのアトリエを白金にオープン。一時ヨーロッパにアトリエを移し、2009年秋,再び日本へ戻り更にエレガントなシルエットを追究し、一点物のドレス創りにこだわり、『カラードホワイト株式会社』を設立。
When I was a little girl, I was fascinated seeing the flow of the drapes on the Paris Collection Runway. From that moment I knew I wanted to be a designer. Straightaway I began to study different design techniques and became more and more thrilled about design and fashion.
Over the following years my passion continued to grow and I had the honour of studying under the wing of Mr. Tatsuya Ito and learn the art of draping. After working for a few years as a dress designer, I started in 2000 a tailor made wedding dress studio “COLOURED WHITE” in Shirogane, Tokyo. The studio was moved to Europe for a few years, which broadened my perspectives in the art. In autumn 2009, upon my return to Tokyo, I established COLOURED WHITE Inc., in pursuit of the most elegantly designed silhouette for each tailor made dress.
